Ocholli, who spoke with newsmen shortly after being paraded yesterday, confessed that he was an All Progressives Congress (APC) thug who mobilized other thugs from Ejule in Ofu Local Government Area to set the house on fire and reigned mayhem shortly after the election.
Mrs Salome Abu, the women leader of Wada Aro Campaign Council, Ochadamu Ward, was said to have been burnt alive in her residence when she was resting after treatment from an injury on the election day.
While reacting to the act, the spokesman, Wada/Aro Campaign Council, Faruk Adejoh-Audu, had claimed that the thugs, shooting sporadically, arrived Abuh’s house at about 2pm on the fateful day and surrounded the house, blocking every exit and escape from outside.
“They then poured petrol on the building and set it ablaze as other terrorized villagers watched from hiding. She reportedly attempted to escape through a window but was prevented by the metal burglary proof and gunshots with bullets raining in her direction.
“The blood thirsty thugs waited, shooting and watching with relish while Mrs Abuh cried from inside the inferno until her voice died out. They reportedly left only when the entire house and Mrs Abuh had been burnt to ashes,” he was quoted to have said
But the police commissioner, Hakeem Busari, while parading the suspect with five others, said the whole crisis erupted when there was a misunderstanding between Gowon Simon and Awolu Zekeri, which led to the death of the latter.
He said the death of Zekeri led to the mobilization of some angry youths in the town, who moved to the house of Simon Abu, who is an uncle to the suspect where the 60-years-woman was burnt to death.
The CP, who said other suspects are on the run, however, added that as soon as investigation is completed, the suspects will be arraigned in court.
He gave the names of other suspects, who claimed they were only arrested differently as robbers and not killers of Abuh as Haruna, Egbunu, Alido, Attai and Eje.

The Grammy award winner asked why Ghanaians didn’t insult her directly when they saw her by the poolside at the hotel.
In the video, Cardi B looked visibly upset that they had to take it to social media and she stated that she doesn’t remember telling anyone to come for any meet and greet or having lunch with “any so-called celebrities” from Ghana.
Controversial Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh is out with yet another insult for her ex-husband as she claims Olakunle Churchill is a dead man. Tonto Dikeh has continued and won’t stop dragging her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill on social media. It was reported that a blogger allegedly bashed her on Twitter, calling her a liar and accusing her of pushing Churchill’s mum down the stairs.
Tonto Dikeh is of the opinion that the blogger was sponsored by her ex-husband. She has now continued to drag him, saying he will remain dead to their son, King Andre and he will watch as Andre takes another man’s name.

This is coming after Tonto Dikeh claimed that she has always been a man. She said she will keep disgracing her ex-husband. Recall that earlier the actress who arrived Lagos yesterday to hold a talk with her Best Friend Richard Nnadi who threatened to release names of those owing him, also dropped a shade for her ex-husband as she claimed she has always been a man.
According to Tonto Dikeh, she has always been a man because she paid for her wedding, housed, clothed and fed her ex-husband, Olakunle Church. However in same heated comment section, Tonto Dikeh promised to always disgrace her ex-husband and his mother, until they “confess to all their lies and evil”.
Also recall that Tonto Dikeh took to her Instagram to slam those questioning why she changed her son’s surname to her father’s name. Tonto who has been accusing her ex-husband, Churchill Olakunle for being a dead-beat dad, has changed her son Andre’s name to ‘King Andre Dikeh’.
Seems people are questioning the move, and she has this to say: “Don’t even Bleep with me! NO MAN BOTN OF W WOMAN CAN TELL@ME WHWT TO AND NOT TO DO!! KEEP YOUR BASELESS ADVICE TO YOURSELVES!!! #MAMA DE PAPA @kingandre_dikeh” She wrote.
Tonto Dikeh who is still firing shots, recently disclosed that she is now learning the act of ignoring worthless men and their lies. According to the actress, so many beautiful things are happening in her life as she indirectly calls her estranged husband an Imbecile.
Recall that what was interpreted to be a shade for her husband, she wrote: “I don’t have an I DON’T CARE FACE NO MORE, I simply don’t look to even have a face that tells you I DONT CARE”. #A WORTHLESS MAN WLD ALWAYS BE A WORTHLESS MAN!!

Even though many do it on the low key, others have admitted to using uganga to catalyse their craft.
Some of the celebrities that we will be looking at include gospel singer Sarkozi, bongo star Diamond Platnumz, his sister Esma Platnumz, Hamisa Mobetto and Darassa.
Gospel singer Rigan Sarkozi’s life history is an inspiring yet scary one altogether.
In an interview on Radio Jambo, the man who rose to fame thanks to his ‘Wewe ni Mungu’ hit song featuring Daddy Owen, shocked many when he revealed that he once resorted to witchcraft and drug dealing to survive.
Opening up on his controversial past, Sarkozi said his spirit convinced him to speak out on how he turned to the same God he was fighting in search for prosperity.
“As a Christian and a human being, I got saved in 2011, and since then, I haven’t spoken about this (practising witchcraft),” he said.
“I did not wake up just one morning and get saved. I have been involved in theft cases, witchcraft, among others. I would come into your house and steal your TV set and leave, only for you to realise it hours later.”
He said it all started with the company he kept in the past. His friends were into women and the partying life, and since their parents would never give them money for such, they resorted to stealing household items.
Sarkozi decided to change his ways for good upon receiving a call from his mother, who dreamt that her son had died.
It is at that point that he fled Tanzania with the little he had and came back to Kenya, where he grew up, and decided to give his life to Christ, despite being as drunk as a fiddler back in 2011.
The news that Hamisa had gone to a witchdoctor to bewitch Diamond raised eyebrows. When Hamisa came to Kenya, she said she had gone to seek spiritual guidance and not witchcraft.
Diamond had spoken about it on his TV station, Wasafi TV, saying she had gone to seek a witchdoctor’s help to secure Diamond’s love.
He called out his baby mama, Hamisa Mobetto, for seeking the services of witchdoctors to compel him to marry her.
“You have gone to witch doctors wishing harm against my family. That means you could kill my mum and here you are asking that I buy you a house,” he wrote.
I have heard those voice notes going round. I heard things that I knew that is her (Hamisa). I know this is you. I even told her I know this is you. You want my mum and sister to look like the bad people. They can never be the bad people.
What you are doing is not right. You should focus on your businesses and your work, instead of going to the witchdoctors to charm me into marrying you.”
Darassa, however, said it was long ago, and he did not go to seek black magic powers over his music but for personal issues.
“If I say I have never gone to a witchdoctor I will be lying. I have been to one once in my life. I did not go for my personal issues rather we went as a team, with a group I was playing with football.
My team believed in that challenge, was the team captain yet I was the youngest thus I did not have the sheer will of going against the advice of my elders.”
