If you are still eating Banana and groundnut!you have to read this.

Banana and groundnut is a very popular sweet combination but do you know it can also be your doom?.

Banana

Too much of everything sweet is bad. Do not judge a food by its sweet and tempting looks and taste. Always try to find out what benefits such food would be giving to your body.

The consumption of banana and groundnut is one of the factors contributing to ulcer, pile, tumors, kidney and liver damage and a host of other related diseases.

Groundnut

I know you would be asking what is wrong with this combination that millions of Nigerians enjoy everyday. News flash, there is a whole lot that can happen to you if you continue with such combination.

This is because roasted groundnut is one of the hardest foods to digest. Before digestion, it has to pass through so many metabolic processes which ripe banana does not pass through.

It contains a mixture of all the chief nutrient molecules known as carbohydrates, protein and fat in large quantities. However, banana as a fruit does not need all these because it does not digest in the stomach. It goes straight to the ileum which is located at the small intestine waiting for excretion

Another reason why this food combination should not be taken is because groundnut takes between 4-5 hours to digest and leave the stomach. While banana requires less than 2 and a half hours and it doesn’t need to come in contact with bile acid which is the only thing capable of digesting fats that is contained in groundnuts as it is harmful for banana metabolism.

This wrong combination makes it difficult for groundnut to digest and thus makes it difficult for banana to travel to the ileum. Thus, when this struggle for digestion and passage to the ileum continues, the end metabolism is serious fermentation.

This fermentation produces large amount of acid which harms the liver, the kidney, the intestines and other vital organs in the body.

This is the reason why pile, kidney disorders, liver problems etc are so rampant in our world today.

So if you are still eating this two combination, its time to quit now. Health comes first and that is the Paramount thing in life.

Things are now getting out of hand. Since ladies now devise means of getting rid of cheating husbands. In Nigeria marrying more two women is not crime, though it is a sin in Christendom and the bible frowns at it.

A lady named Vivian chidinma took to her Facebook page and made a comment on extraordinary mums and singles Facebook group. Reports has it that, immediately the statements was made, Facebook fans snapped her comments and sent it to her husband. As soon as she knew that her statement has gotten to her husband, she quickly deactivated her Facebook account so that her husband wont have any evidence.

Funny enough, her husband got the reports about her and sent her packing immediately. Recently her statement was sent out on Facebook groups and many of her fans reacted about her statement. See pictures below

My take on this is that, it is unlawful for a woman to even think of persecuting her husband if found cheating on her. But her case has made her helpless

We are with igbo-yoruba ,South North, others on Restructuring Nigeria

The seemingly rested issue of restructuring Nigeria came up Saturday, when Southern Kaduna People’s Union (SOKAPU) said it would pitch tent with other sociocultural groups that believe in the restructuring of the country.

Specifically, SOKAPU said it would reach out to the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Afenifere, Middle Belt Forum as well as Pan-Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) to press for the restructuring of the country.

Speaking, shortly after taking over the leadership of SOKAPU as its newly-elected National President, Jonathan Asake said other Nigerian projects that the people would team up with the South East, South West and the Middle Belt regions include resource control, power-sharing and rotation and states creation.

Other national projects that needed regional collaboration, according to Asake, also include land tenure and land ownership, devolution of powers, self-determination, institutionalised discrimination, chieftaincy and traditional institution matters.

Asake, who is a former House of Representatives member, also said that his leadership will encourage unity and cohesion among the diverse groups of southern Kaduna and the nation at large.

He promised to secure communities in southern Kaduna that are under insecurity resulting from kidnapping, banditry and incessant invasion and destruction of farmlands.

The SOKAPU president said this would be achieved by partnering with relevant security agencies and government to ensure that “our communities are safe and secure.”

“Our leadership  will reach out to other socio-cultural  groups such as the Middle Belt Forum, Pan-Niger Delta  Forum (PANDEF), Afenifere, and Ohaeneze Ndigbo with whom we share common ideals and aspirations  on the Nigerian project  such as the restructuring of Nigeria including  resource control, power sharing  and power rotation, States creation, land tenure and land ownership, devolution  of power, self-determination, institutionalised  discrimination, uncontrolled immigration, chieftaincy and traditional  institutions matters, to mention  but a few.”

Earlier, in his handing over speech, the outgoing SOKAPU national president, Solomon Musa, said the union had never been confrontational with government, but had been engaged in lobbying and dialoguing over crisis.

Musa urged the new president to ensure that SOKAPU remains apolitical in the discharge of its activities, “but continue to tell truth to power.” (The Sun)
